I am the founder of Boucha Kombucha which was created to fill the gap in the market for low sugar, non-alcoholic alternatives to wine. Giving up drinking two years ago, I was bitterly disappointed with the offerings at both supermarkets and in restaurants, so I decided to make my own. I have worked closely with professional brewers and kombucha consultants to produce the perfect drink. It's had rave reviews and I'm looking forward to producing new wine-style flavours....rose next!
